China is dominating & leading the world in phone hardware manufacturing.

Imagining like Hollywood movies, what will happen if our data is collected by their hardware & custom Android OS. Also just imagine, what power they will hold with all the data they have, around the global users.

Now we can see China, trying their hands with Social Media Apps. They have started promoting them in regional TV shows, newspapers and Social Media too. Very Strong promotions. There are so many of these Apps already a huge hit with users.

Also we can see many Indian celebrities promoting them. As long it is safe, it's not an issue. But,

Among these many China origin apps, came across an App called 'Snaptube' from @itisprashanth's ad. today. Just when checking its background, found that the App is not available in Google Play Store.There are many reasons an App doesn't make it to the @Google Play Store.

One main strong reason is the Security Aspects. Especially with Data collection. As a common man, I doubt the #security aspects of this App bcoz of the same reason. My similar doubt continues for other Apps too.

Also saw the promotion for the same @snaptubeapp in other famous Tamil Youtube Channels like @Eruma_Saani, @Nakkalites etc. apart from @itisprashanth.

It's high time that influencers, starting from Movie Actors to Social Media influencers to act responsible with their Ads., especially when it comes to Apps. Bcoz, we haven't witnessed the power, one can hold with Data and lack of privacy associated with it.

China doesn't allow major Software Giants like Google, Facebook etc. They have alternatives for every Global Giants. For instance, see how far ahead WeChat is used in China, when compared to Whatsapp, globally.

They don't allow major outside softwares. They make their own hardwares. They are distributing both their Hardwares & Softwares all across the Globe, intense & rapid. And, this rises some serious questions.

As an Indian, I can say, we have one of the best and largest Human Resource of the world. But what we are doing with Software/Hardware - manufacturing & innovations needs to be worked upon soon and serious. Our potential is huge and unimaginable!
