1. Performance: 

   Redmi 3S Prime will be better in performance when compared. But, at the same time, performance of Moto G4 Play is good. 

2. SIM card:

     But when you use 2 SIM cards simulataneously, you can't use the micro SD card in Redmi 3S Prime.i.e. The following combinations are ONLY possible - (SIM1+SD card) or(SIM1+SIM2). You CANNOT use (SIM1+SIM2+SD card) simulataneously - This is the biggest negative of Redmi 3S Prime.   But in Moto G4 Play, you can use (SIM1+SIM2+SD card) simultaneously.

3. Battery:

   Battery is an important factor for your usage. Redmi 3S offers an excellent battery. Even when used at peak, you can use the phone for an entire day. You can charge the phone from 0 to 100% in about 2 hours.

   On the other hand, Moto G4 Play's battery performance is comparatively low. But it offers a very decent battery life. With 15 mins of charging, you can use the phone (basic functions) for about 4 hours.

4. JIO 4G - Both phones support Jio 4G VoLTE.

5. Buying options:

    Redmi 3S Prime can be bought only through flash sales which makes it little difficult to buy.   

    Moto G4 Play is easier to buy.
